This RSL, which stands for "RactStudio License," ("Agreement") governs the use of all software, plugins, modules, or module extensions developed by RactStudio ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using any RactStudio Software, the user ("Licensee") agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
RactStudio grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms specified in this Agreement.
2. Usage
2.1 Licensee may use the Software for personal or commercial purposes.
2.2 Each License grants Licensee the right to install and use the Software on a single domain or server, unless otherwise specified.
3. Subscription and Purchasing
3.1 Some Software provided by RactStudio may be available under subscription-based models. Licensee agrees to abide by the subscription terms outlined in the respective licensing agreement.
3.2 Certain Software may require Licensee to make a one-time purchase to access additional features or premium functionalities. Licensee agrees to abide by the terms outlined in the respective licensing agreement.
4. Lifetime Updates
4.1 Lifetime updates mean that Licensee is entitled to free updates for up to four years after the initial purchase, unless the product purchased by the customer or user is discontinued by RactStudio.
5. Free of Charge Software
5.1 Some Software provided by RactStudio may be available free of charge. Licensee is granted the right to use, modify, and distribute these free Software without any subscription or purchase requirements.
6. Modifications
6.1 Licensee may modify the Software for personal use only. Modifications for commercial purposes require written consent from RactStudio.
7. Distribution
7.1 Licensee shall not distribute the Software, modified or unmodified, without prior written consent from RactStudio.
8. Support
8.1 RactStudio may provide support for the Software at its discretion. The level and extent of support may vary based on the type of license purchased.
9. Termination
9.1 RactStudio reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the license granted herein at any time for any reason without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal courts of Bangladesh.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between RactStudio and Licensee concerning the subject matter hereof.
By downloading, installing, or using any Software developed by RactStudio, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
